Born & Raised in Ocean County, NJ. Elizabeth attended Johnson & Wales University and received a bachelors of science degree in Culinary Arts & a Masters of Arts in Teaching, Food Service Education. Elizabeth also holds certificates in culinary arts from the At Sun-Rice Cooking School in Singapore & the San Dusit Culinary Academy in Bangkok, Thailand.
Upon Graduation, Elizabeth cooked all over the world from Berlin, Germany to Fishers Island, NY to Martha's Vineyard, MA. Working her way from cook, to sous chef to executive chef.
Elizabeth returned to NJ and worked as the Managing Director and Chief Culinary Officer of Joe Leone's Italian Specialties for 12 years. As well as Adjunct Professor at Brookdale Community College, (teaching food safety, menu planning, and menu/recipe costing) until she Founded Yes Chef Solutions LLC.
Elizabeth has spent a lot of time in front of the camera as the Chef for several seasons on the TV Show Celebrity Taste Makers and a contestant on Food Networks Chopped.
Elizabeth is a Certified Culinarian through the American Culinary Federation. She is a Certified Instructor & Proctor for Food Safety Management through the National Restaurant Association. Elizabeth holds 3 Gold Medals in International Culinary Competitions & is a Winner of the Le Chaine De Rotisseurs Cooking Competition. Elizabeth is a recipient of the Charlie Trotter Award for Excellence. She is also certified in sous-vide cooking from The Rosendale Collective.
Elizabeth lives in Ocean County with her husband, son and dog Titan.
